Old friends and New -Charlotte Maternity Photography-

I love when I get to photograph my friends. Especially when that friend is as special as this one. Not only does it mean I get to love on their precious babies but it gives us lots of extra time to catch up. Will and I went to high school together and I probably wouldn’t have made it through with out him. I think I’m probably as excited as he is that his beautiful bride is about to have their very first baby. Here is a little peek at their belly shoot. Stay tuned for more pictures of this special little boy when he makes his debut any day now!

The D family -Charlotte Maternity Photography-

This Mama to be had some of the best props!  I really had fun figuring out ways to use them.  She also had the most adorable little baby bump! Here is just a peek at some of my favorites from their session. Check back in a few weeks for a blog all about that sweet boy they are so  patiently waiting on. IMGP3894web IMGP3954aweb IMGP4008weba IMGP4049web IMGP4211web IMGP4110web IMGP4135web IMGP4167aweb

Grow baby Grow -charlotte maternity photography-

This post is so overdue. Things have been a little crazy this past month and I am just now feeling like my feet are back on the ground. However, I could not let this session go un blogged. This couple was so ridiculously cute and photogenic that I would have kept photographing them for hours If only the sun felt the same way. Unfortunately we lost our light. But not before we got some gorgeous pictures of this mama to be. I can not wait to go back and meet their baby girl in a few months. No doubt she will be just as gorgeous. Enjoy this peek at some of my favorites from their session.

rain rain go away -Charlotte Maternity Photography-

Rain was definitely the theme of the week during this session. The clouds were looming in the distance as I left my house and they had opened up by the time I reached our location. I don’t mean a little drizzle… We’re talking major downpours. Due to time constraints we decided to go ahead with the shoot anyway. After breaking just a few park  rules (shhh don’t tell) we found our way to a covered porch and did the entire shoot right there. The rain gave the photos a somewhat hazy appearance but we definitely made memories.  Hope you enjoy…

Baby Bump -Charlotte Maternity Photography-

After a downpour of rain all day long the sky cleared just in time for this sunset shoot. It was perfect. I don’t think these two could take a bad picture even if they tried. They were so relaxed and fun. There love for each other  just oozes from them. I can’t wait to see how it grows even more once they are holding that baby in their arms. here are a few of my favorites from their session.
